Good strategies failing. Not because the strategy was wrong. Because the leadership culture couldn't carry it.
I know what it feels like to walk into a room where the stakes are high, the team is mis-aligned, and the path forward isn't clear. I've led turnarounds. Navigated acquisitions. Built global teams across three continents. Driven organizations from dysfunction to high performance — not by changing the strategy, but by changing how leadership showed up.
That's the work I do now. And the reason I can do it is because I've lived it.
I grew up in France, trained as an electrical engineer at SUPELEC Paris, and spent the first decade of my career in technology — before a role in India changed everything I thought I knew about leadership.
Leading a global team across cultures, time zones, and expectations gaps, I learned that the technical frameworks I'd mastered were secondary.
What determined outcomes was alignment: how clearly people understood where they were going, and whether they trusted the people leading them there.
That insight followed me through every role after that.
